Executive Producer
Marcie has been a driving force in south Florida theatre for the last ten years. She began her theatrical career studying at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and The Fiorello H. Laguardia High School of Performing Arts in New York City. A classically trained soprano, Marcie attended the University of Florida, and performed on various stages before she turned her interest to production. As an entrepreneur, business owner, and philanthropist she has offered. her experience and expertise to multiple organizations and theatrical Broadway properties including the original production of Hairspray, Company (w/Raul Esparza), The Producers, Gypsy (w/Patti LuPone), and Little Shop of Horrors. She has served on multiple boards, including the Dreyfoos School for the Arts and Communities in Schools of Palm Beach County; she has spearheaded multiple projects and events for numerous charitable organizations; and has won several prestigious volunteer awards. Marcie is a Founder Member of the Kravis Center, and a member of their Education Committee. Outside of her theatrical life, Marcie was CEO of two Weight Watchers Franchises, managing and often mentoring over 300 employees, and serving over 12,000 members per month. Marcie currently serves as Producing Artistic Director and CEO of MNM Theatre Company in Palm Beach, Florida.
Jonathan Van Dyke
Producer
Is celebrating 45 years in the theatrical business. Starting as a dancer at Walt Disney World, he transitioned from being on the stage to directing and ultimately landing as a producer. For six years he was on the team of Charles Rosen Casting in NYC and then became Producer and Creative Director at Event Show Productions. Projects included the Closing Ceremony of The Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, The International Film Academy Awards, The Rachel Ray Show season 8 opener and many other live events around the globe. He was on the creative team of the dance technology act Tell A Vision which was featured on NBC’s Americas Got Talent and I Can Do That. He served as a Producer on Boynton Beach Club, and as Line Producer on the workshop of Wallenberg at The Harold Clubman Theatre. He is currently the owner and creative director of Van Dyke Productions specializing in custom entertainment and commercial production.
Kristen Ernst
Booking Agent/ General Manager
Kristen Ernst has been actively working in the entertainment industry for over 3 decades. Performer, Choreographer, Casting Director, Artist Manager, Programming Director, Consultant, Booking Agent, Tour Manager, and Producer are several hats that she has worn. Kristen owns KMEntertainment, a Production Company offering a unique skill set which spans all layers of Artistic Direction and General Management. The “Power of 3”: Producing, Programming, and Booking Live Entertainment, KME focuses on booking and producing live events, specializing in delivering audiences world class artists and concierge style advancing of each performance contract.
JB Green
Technical Director
Johnbarry (JB) Green has been proud to serve as an actor and technician professionally for over 20 years. Having pursued a BFA in Theatre at Massachusetts University in Salem he has since worked around the country building sets, acting and setting schedules for such shows as Grease’MNM), Thrill Me (Island City Stage), Pied A Terre (JSA Productions), Kinky Boots’(Slowburn Theatre Co), The Cemetery Pub( Pigs do Fly), The Sound Inside’(Boca Stage), The Odd Couple’ (Boca Stage), Disenchanted’(MNM), Which Way to the Stage (Island City Stage), Five Guys Named Moe’(MNM), ‘Unhinged’(Reel Theatre Productions), ‘Head Over Heels’(Slowburn), Grand Horizons (Boca Stage), several interactive theatre events and an Escape Room.

Book, Music and Lyrics
A full member of the Dramatists Guild of America, Giacino co-created and wrote the book, music, and lyrics for the Off-Broadway musical hit Disenchanted! The show performed to critical acclaim and sold out engagements in New York City with award nominations from the Lucille Lortel Awards, the Outer Critics Circle for ‘Outstanding New Off-Broadway Musical,’ and the Off Broadway Alliance for ‘Best New Musical. ‘DIS! has also played to SROs and raves in over 15 countries on five continents in five languages. The show recently won a ‘Best Musical’ MET Mejor Award in Madrid, Spain as well as ‘Best Musical’ at the MINDIE Awards in Milan, Italy. Nominations include ‘Best Musical’ by the Premios ACE Awards in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Premios Soberano Award for ‘Best Musical’ in the Dominican Republic as well as numerous BroadwayWorld awards (noms and wins) around the USA. Giacino is currently presenting his newest hit musical, Zazzie Sings!: The Cat, The Rat, and What Happened!, on the east and west coasts of the USA, soon to be licensed worldwide.
Fiely Matias
Co-Creator, Co-Book, Music and Lyrics
Matias co-created and directed the award-winning Off-Broadway production of Disenchanted! He has also directed sold-out, raved about productions of DIS! in Orlando, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Missouri, the out-of-town tryout in Tampa, as well as the original New York City workshops and staged readings of the show. Matias is a proud member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. He has directed countless musicals and comedy plays over the past 25 years, including over 20 international Fringe Theatre Festival productions. Awards for Matias’ directorial work include ‘Best National Show’ (Daily City News, Orlando) ‘Best Musical’ and ‘Best Comedy’ (USA National GLBT Theatre Festival, Columbus, OH), ‘Best Comedy’ (Ottawa), and ‘Best of Fest’ at the Orlando, San Francisco, and Saskatoon Fringe Theatre Fests. Most recently, Matias directed his newest musical Zazzie Sings: The Cat, The Rat, and What Happened! in North Carolina and Oregon as well as the successful staged reading of Khial Watson’s Submission in New York City. Matias, an Actors’ Equity Association member, has also performed at the Kennedy Center and on stages around the globe.

Jonathan began his relationship with Disenchanted as the Casting Director for the out of town Off Broadway tryout at The Straz Center for the Performing Arts. As a director/choreographer, regional work includes Pippin, I Love a Piano, Beehive, Breaking Up Is Hard To Do (w/Barry Pearl and Christine Pedi) Beehive, Cinderella, Disaster, Forum, Closer Than Ever, The Hot Shoe Shuffle, My One and Only The Savannah Sipping Society, Grease, Guys and Dolls, Boeing, Boeing and recently directed and choreographed ShBoom for The Laguna Playhouse, ushering in their 100th season. He will be directing Steel Magnolias for Surflight Theatre’s 75th anniversary season. He has helmed productions of Disenchanted at The Kravis Center PAC and The Studio at Mizner Park. A member of The Dramatists Guild, Jonathan is the author of the award winning play Spring at the Willowbrook Inn. His original Totally Electric debuted at the Duplex in NYC and went on to have productions in Tampa, Orlando, New Orleans and Denver. Another original show Holiday Inc has become a seasonal favorite after it’s debut at The Straz Center for the Performing Arts. It has since been adapted to a children’s book released in 2023. Bobby Peaco
Music Supervisor
In an interview with Playbill magazine, Jerry Herman (composer/ lyricist of Hello Dolly, Mame, etc.) called Bobby Peaco “The best show pianist I have ever heard.” Bobby worked closely with Mr. Herman and appeared in his Off-Broadway revue Showtune. For many years he has been Emmy nominee Jackie Hoffman’s music director and writes the music for her solo shows. For his work in NYC cabaret and nightclubs, he received numerous MAC and Bistro Awards. Since moving to South Florida from NYC in 2019, he has music directed many regional productions such as Guys & Dolls, Five Guys Named Moe, and Disenchanted (for MNM Theater Co.), and Cinderella, Bye Bye Birdie, Fiddler on the Roof, and Carousel (for the Wick Theater). The musicals Come out! Come Out! and One More Yesterday, which he co-created for POW (Plays of Wilton), were nominated for many Carbonell Awards, including Bobby as Outstanding Music Director for both shows.
Jordon Armstrong

Jordon is an award-winning actor, designer, and technician. He graduated with his MFA in Acting from Florida Atlantic University, and has since served as a Managing Director, Technical Director, Set Designer, Lighting Designer and Carpenter. He is currently one of the driving forces behind MNM Builds, designing and executing theatrical sets and scenic elements for such venues as The Kravis Center, Lauderhill PAC, Island City Stage, Slowburn Theatre Co, and Boca Stage. Some of his previous design credits include Mr. Marmalade, Back of the Throat (Outré Theatre Company); Closer than Ever, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Five Guys Named Moe, and Disenchanted! (MNM Theatre Company)
Justin Lore
Wig Design
Owner/Designer, Justin Lore (AEA), can currently be seen performing in Finding Nemo, The Musical (5,000+ performances) at Walt Disney World. Justin has designed and supervised over 60 Regional, School and Theme Park Productions including: Steel Magnolias, Head Over Heels, Guys & Dolls, The Little Mermaid, A Christmas Carol and Monster Stomp, Slasher Alley at Sea World, Orlando. Notable Production Design: Gypsy & Hello Dolly!, both starring Jodi Benson. Justin is the resident wig designer at The University of Tampa, FL. Daisy started research for Disenchanted as an infant. Princesses have always been an obsession for her. In her career she has designed for Disney, Freeform, Sea World and Marriott Hotels over the years. She’s been grateful to create custom wedding gowns and costumes for clients across the globe. Helping actors tell their story is a true honor. She is thrilled to be on the team bringing this raucous show to audiences around the country.
